How Does It Work?
At Surface Link, our motto and promise to our customers is to keep the process easy and simple. Here’s how our process works from start to finish:
The Estimate
When you contact Surface Link, you will be greeted by one of our friendly estimators. Your estimator will work with you to gather all the information they need to give you a price directly over the phone. This way, there will be no surprises when the technician gets there.
Scheduling
Once you have approved the estimate and are ready to proceed, you will be assigned to a project manager directly at Surface Link. Your project manager will be your main point of contact throughout the remainder of your project. He/She will answer any questions you may have about the countertop repair or sink replacement process and once you are ready, your project manager will get you scheduled with one of our certified technicians. If you would like a reminder call, email or text the day before or day of your appointment — just let us know! We are happy to help in any way we can.
Appointment Day
Your technician will arrive to your home within the two-hour window set during the scheduling process. All technicians will identify themselves with a Surface Link name badge that will display a photo of the technician and our company logo. Depending on the scope of your project, the technician will first begin by protecting your furniture, floors, appliances and/or cabinetry if necessary. This is done only as a preventive measure to protect against dust, damage, etc. Then, your technician will get right to work on your countertop! All projects are completed right in your home and typically take less than one day to complete.
